IR rejection is infrared only; TSER is total solar energy rejected, and it rises as VLT falls because darker film also blocks more visible light — compare films at the same VLT.

Ceramic Plus ships in 5 VLTs — 5%, 15%, 35%, 50%, and 70% — across 5 roll widths from 20″ to 60″. All 25 combinations are real, in-stock SKUs, not special orders.
Is Ceramic Plus legal to install on my state's windows?+
VLT limits vary by state and by window position (windshield, front side, rear). Check Glacier's state-by-state tint law guide at /resources/state-tint-laws before quoting a job.
What are Ceramic Plus's infrared, UV, and TSER specs?+
Ceramic Plus is rated at 90% infrared rejection and 99% UV rejection at every VLT. Total solar energy rejected (TSER) runs from 88% at the 5% VLT down to 50% at the 70% VLT — darker film rejects more because it also blocks visible light. The full table is on this page.
What's the difference between Ceramic Plus and Ceramic Ultimate Plus?+
Both ship in 5 VLTs and 5 roll widths. Ceramic Ultimate Plus is rated at 98% infrared rejection versus 90% for Ceramic Plus, and rates higher TSER at every VLT grade — 93% vs. 88% at 5%, 88% vs. 80% at 15%, 78% vs. 77% at 35%, 70% vs. 65% at 50%, and 60% vs. 50% at 70%. Both block 99% of UV.
How does Ceramic Plus compare to Premium Ceramic?+
Ceramic Plus is rated at 90% infrared rejection versus 70% for Premium Ceramic (49% at its 50% VLT), and rates higher TSER at every VLT grade — 88% vs. 79% at 5%, 80% vs. 77% at 15%, 77% vs. 65% at 35%, and 65% vs. 47% at 50%. Ceramic Plus also adds a 70% VLT grade. Both block 99% of UV.
Is Ceramic Plus covered under warranty?+
Yes. Every Glacier-made automotive ceramic film, including Ceramic Plus, is backed by Glacier's lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, color shift, and adhesive failure, registered to the install.
