How is Glacier's ceramic film different from carbon or dyed film?+
Glacier's film is nano-ceramic: up to 65% TSER (total solar energy rejected), color-stable with no purple shift, and backed by a lifetime warranty. Carbon film is mid-tier with lower heat rejection, and dyed film is entry-tier and fades purple under UV within a few years. Glacier prices its ceramic film below typical carbon pricing — ceramic film, below carbon price.
Does Glacier window film interfere with GPS, cellular, or radar signals?+
No. Glacier window film is non-metallic, so it does not interfere with GPS, cellular, radar, or satellite radio — unlike metalized films, which Glacier does not produce.
What warranty does Glacier offer?+
Glacier ceramic window film carries a lifetime warranty. Glacier self-healing PPF — a 6–8 mil TPU film available in clear/gloss and satin finishes — carries a 10-year warranty.
