Shop Flooring

Modular interlocking floor tiles. Snap together. No glue, no curing, no shop down-time. Vehicle-rated, channel-drained, customizable across 18+ colors and patterns.

Built different

Why shops pick Glacier shop flooring.

01

Snap-together install

No adhesive, no curing, no closing the bay for a weekend. Tiles interlock with hand pressure. A typical bay installs in hours.

02

Vehicle-rated capacity

Engineered for shops where cars roll on the floor every day. Tested rollover capacity well above what a tint or PPF bay sees.

03

Channeled underside

Slip solutions, water, and debris flow underneath and out — not pooled where you work. Hose down or shop-vac.

04

Replace tile-by-tile

Damage one tile, replace one tile. No grinding, no resurfacing, no four-figure repair.

05

18+ colors. Custom layouts.

Solid colors, pattern blends, branded logo inlays. Make the floor part of the brand.

06

Polypropylene copolymer

UV-stable, chemical-resistant, and dimensionally stable in heat and cold. Outlasts epoxy in active shops.

Who installs it

Built for the shops that install daily.

Showroom + retail

Branded color layouts and logo inlays for showroom areas and retail front-of-house.

Detail bays

Chemical-resistant against ceramic coating spills, IPA, and standard detail products.

Mobile / events

Tiles disassemble cleanly for trade shows, pop-ups, and mobile installations.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is this epoxy?+
No. Glacier shop flooring is modular polypropylene-copolymer tile that snaps together with no adhesive. Different category from poured epoxy. The advantages: install in hours instead of a weekend, no curing time, no shop closure, and you can replace damaged tiles individually instead of resurfacing the entire floor.
Can vehicles drive on it?+
Yes. Glacier flooring is engineered for shops where cars roll on the floor every day. Rollover capacity is well above what a tint, PPF, or detail bay puts on it.
How does the channeled underside work?+
The tile bottom has channels that let slip solution, water, and small debris flow out from under the tile rather than pooling. You can hose the floor down or shop-vac the surface clean — water and dust find their way out the seams.
How fast does it install?+
A typical tint or detail bay installs in a few hours with two people. No surface prep beyond a sweep, no adhesive, no curing. The shop can be back in service the same day.
Can I customize the layout?+
Yes. Mix colors for layouts and patterns, or order branded logo inlays. The floor becomes part of the shop's brand.
